Please be sure to have already determent a budget for your project before reaching out. We will discus the scop of each project and pricing on a client to client basis. 

• Initiation, after you fill out our request form, a team member will talk with you via email to see if iiiSekai is a good fit for your project.
• Discord Rooms, for large scale projects we will create a private discord room for you to interact with your project’s artist and team members in a more natural state. 
• Contracts, depending on the project you make need to sing a contract of work with iiiSekai’s perent company, Eotera Entertainment LLC. Once everything is agreed upon we will draw up a contract for your specific needs. 
• Updates, after the project starts in full we will try to provide regular updates and look for feedback from you. Depending on the type of project and team members needed, updates may be once a week, once a month, or once every two months. 
• 80% Complete, revisions and final thoughts may be made here. Please refer to your contract of work to see how many revisions are included and what may incur and extra cost. 
• Finalizing, please be patient as we package your project for printing. We often work with 3rd party printers so finalizing a project can often take longer then expected.  

— We have the right to post WIPs and final works onto our social media channels at any point, unless you opt to pay a Privacy Fee.
— We have the right to change our pricing at any time prior to a signed contract of work. 
— We have the right to refuse service to anyone. —
